How Culturely handles workplace activity data.

Culturely is designed around connected workplace activity workflows. Data is used to help companies source vendors, run activities, manage participation, collect documents, report outcomes, and control access.

Corporate Workspace data

Company profiles, events, approvals, vendor selections, agenda records, participation settings, culture board settings, and internal notes are used to operate the Corporate Workspace.

Employee participation data

Employee names, work emails, departments, RSVP status, check-in records, feedback, recognition, and event participation are used for invited event access and management reporting.

Vendor data

Vendor profiles, services, quotes, documents, reviews, service delivery records, commissions, and case studies are used for marketplace operations and vendor trust signals.

Finance and HRD documents

Quotation, approval, invoice, e-invoice, receipt, payment proof, HRD evidence, and report files are kept with document metadata so finance and HRD workflows can be traced.

Security and audit records

Role changes, exports, uploads, approvals, review decisions, and workspace setting updates can be stored in audit logs for accountability.

Support and contact data

Messages sent through Culturely contact or support flows are used for response, platform support, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Public versus private data

Private company workspace, employee, finance, vendor thread, and admin records should not appear publicly. Public Culture Board pages, public job openings, vendor public profiles, and public case studies are only intended to show content that has been approved for public viewing by the relevant workspace and platform controls.
