Culturely supports DPA status tracking and enterprise procurement controls. A signed DPA must still be reviewed and completed between Culturely and the customer before it should be treated as legally executed.
Workspace DPA status tracking
Company admins can track whether a DPA is not requested, requested, sent for review, or signed inside Corporate Workspace > Security & Enterprise.
Security review owner
Companies can record privacy and security owner emails so procurement questions have a clear owner instead of disappearing into chat threads.
Export reason and approval policy
Enterprise settings can require a reason and separate approval before workspace data exports are requested.
Retention and legal hold
Admins can record audit, event, employee, and document retention periods, plus legal hold status when a company needs to preserve records.
What is ready inside the product
Culturely now gives enterprise workspaces a place to record DPA status, privacy contact, security review owner, retention periods, legal hold, export policy, SSO readiness, and SCIM provisioning readiness. Legal documents themselves should be attached and reviewed through the actual contracting process before launch claims are made.
