Culturely does not decide HRD eligibility. It helps company organizers collect the right vendor documents, approval notes, attendance data, invoices, and reports in one event record.

Step 1

Check company eligibility

Confirm the company is registered or eligible with HRD Corp and that the activity fits the intended training or development purpose.

Step 2

Choose HRD-supportable options

Filter for vendors that can prepare trainer profiles, programme outlines, quotations, and other documents needed for approval.

Step 3

Submit before the event

Prepare the internal approval summary and HRD documents before the activity date. Do not treat the event as claimable until approval is confirmed.

Step 4

Run the event

Collect attendance, agenda evidence, vendor delivery notes, photos if needed, and employee participation records.

Step 5

Keep invoices and receipts

Store quotations, invoices, payment proof, attendance records, and final reports in the event file for finance and audit reference.

Step 6

Claim and report

Submit claim documents through the required HRD process, then keep the Culturely event report as the company record.
